CA FOUNDATION - INTRODUCTION:
Admission is open throughout the year. This is an entry level test for Chartered Accountancy Course. It develops conceptual understanding of the fundamentals of financial accounting system, concepts in Mathematics and Statistics and application of the same as useful quantitative tools and to ensure basic understanding of economic systems, economic behavior of individuals and organizations, general comprehension of elements of mercantile law.

Enroll With The Institute (ICAI) For CA Foundation Course After Appearing Inclass 12th Examination

CA - Inter Course Information :
INTRODUCTION: CA INTER :
Admission is open throughout the year. This is Intermediate level course for Chartered Accountancy Course. It lays the foundation for the preparation and presentation of financial statements, practical application of business law and company law in commercial situation, basic concept of cost and financial management, gain knowledge of Taxes, objective and concepts of auditing and to develop an understanding of strategic managements and techniques.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
CA Foundation - Join Intermediate CA Inter Course after passing CA Foundation and 10+2 examination. Appear in CA Inter Examination on completion of 8 months of study course as on first day of the month in which the examination is to be held. Examination held on May and November.
Direct Entry Route - The ICAI allows the following candidates to enter directly to its Intermediate Course:
A. Commerce Graduates/Post-Graduates (with minimum 55% marks) or Other Graduates/Post-Graduates (with minimum 60% marks).
B.Intermediate level passed candidates of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Institute of Cost Accountants of India
Provisional Registration Candidates who are pursuing the Final Year of Graduation Course can also register for the Intermediate Course on provisional basis and their registration would be regularized only on submission of satisfactory proof of having passed the Graduation examination with the specified percentage of marks within six months from the date of appearance in the final year graduation examination then they can commence practical training and on completion of ICITSS (Information Technology (IT) and Orientation Course (OC)). During the provisional registration period, a student can undergo and complete ICITSS (IT and OC). If such candidate fails to produce the proof within the aforesaid period, his provisional registration shall stand cancelled and the registration and other fees paid by him shall not be refunded/ adjusted and no credit shall be given for the theoretical education undergone.

Each subject contains 100 Marks. Student needs to score 40% marks in each subject and 50% of total marks to pass IPCC exam. Exam can be given group wise or both groups together. Advantage of both group exam is that 50% of total will be calculated on total basis not group wise.
CA - Final Course information
INTRODUCTION::
Admission is open throughout the year. This is Final level course for Chartered Accountancy course. It is to gain ability to analyze financial statements and financial reports of various types of entities, to apply financial management theories and techniques for strategic decision making, to gain expert knowledge of current auditing practices and procedures and apply them in auditing engagements, to analyze and apply various provisions of the Company Law & allied law in practical situations , to apply various management accounting techniques to all types of organizations for planning, decision making and control purposes in practical situations, to gain advanced knowledge of the provisions of direct tax laws, to gain advanced knowledge of the principles of the laws relating to central excise, service tax and customs and to develop competencies and skill-sets in evaluation of controls and relevant evidence gathering in an IT environment using IT tools and techniques for effective and efficient performance of accounting, assurance and compliance services provided by a Chartered Accountant".
ELIGIBILITY:
After passing Intermediate Examination register for Final course with the Board of Studies. Appear in the final examination on completion of the practical training or while serving last 6 months of articled training on or before the last day of the month preceding the month in which the examination is to be held. Exams held in May and November.

A student can apply for CA-Final Registration at any time after passing CA-Inter exams (Both Groups).

ADVANCE ITT
Complete advance Information Technology Training (100 hrs) conducted by the Branch of ICAI during the third year of practical training but to be compulsorily completed before applying membership of ICAI. Training Component focus on advance features of MS Access, MS excel, CAAT, Core Banking Solution (CBS), Enterprises Resource Planning (ERP), Office automation application and IT security in CA’s office are the main components.
If any candidate has registered after May 2012, Advance ITT is compulsory for him/her.

After passing both group of final exam, Completion of articleship and Second GMCS Enroll as a member of the ICAI and be designate as “Chartered Accountant".
